As
well as the new workshop facilities we have also increased the size
of our Parts store as the ever-growing number of customers meant we
had out grown our old stores. We now have tripled the size and re-organised
the stock, which makes it a lot more efficient, and quicker dealing
with customers enquires and orders.
Due
to the growth of the parts department and the ever-increasing amount
of parts we now hold in stock and the fact Mark was getting lonely
Roger and Mark decided it was time to employ a Parts apprentice, Doug.

Classics at The Castle, we made it
there and back and had a very enjoyable day. It was great to see so
many of our customers and friends and also to meet some new enthusiasts.
The turn out of cars was phenomenal and the weather was very kind.
Lets
hope we can do the same next year wherever it might be?

We
have made a decision that this year we will not be attending the Porsche
Club event in September at Ragley Hall but instead hold an Open Day
at our new premises on the 18th August 2007 starting at 10am.
We
will open up Roger Bray Restoration to all for an informative day
of demonstrations and an insight into Classic Porsche Restoration.
There will also be a BBQ and refreshments. There will be adverts placed
in the Porsche Post and 911 & Porsche World anyone welcome more
the merrier.

A
big thank you to everyone who attended our Open Day. It was a massive
success even though the weather was against us, it did not dampen
our spirits. We appreciated the effort some people made to get to
us by fighting the traffic and even some journeys taking over 2 hours.
We
counted approx 60 people representing the Porsche Club, DDK, and local
Customers. We were also lucky to have on display four 356 Carreras
and Crispin Manners Slant Nose, 916 and Tractor.
